º. Archivo del expediente por extinción de la obligación. Si no se ha iniciado acción alguna contra los actos administrativos relacionados con la multa a extinguir y respecto de los cuales se haya agotado la vía gubernativa, una vez surtido el trámite previsto en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, el liquidador deberá solicitar al Representante Legal de la entidad que haya impuesto la multa o la persona en quien este delegue esta función, la expedición de acto administrativo ordenando el archivo del expediente por extinción de la obligación.
