Art. 4.° La 1. a Division se compone de los batallones Artillería número 1,° Zapadores, Rifles de Bombona número 2,° Vargas número 5,° Carabobo número 7.° i Escuadron Guias número 1.°

Parágrafo

El batallon Santander número 9.° de las milicias de aquel Estado, i el Escuadron Sesquilé de las milicias del Estado de Cundinamarca, al servicio del Gobierno jeneral, quedan agregados a la 1. a Division.
