del artículo 138 del Decreto número 2150 del 5 de diciembre de 1995, el cual quedará así: "A partir del 1º de enero de 2002, queda prohibida en todo el territorio nacional la repotenciación, habilitación, transformación, adecuación o cualquier otra categoría similar que busque la extensión de la vida útil determinada por la ley, para los equipos destinados al servicio público de transporte.
