Adiciónase el artículo 1º del Decreto 1345 de 2012 con el siguiente inciso: El Ministro y los Viceministros del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, cuando deban cumplir comisiones de servicio en el exterior, tendrán derecho por concepto de viáticos diarios hasta la suma de setecientos dólares americanos (USD$ 700) y seiscientos cincuenta dólares americanos (USD$ 650), respectivamente.
