Durante la liquidación, la Superintendencia podrá intentar las acciones de revocación procedentes dentro del juicio de quiebra. Estas acciones se intentarán ante el juez competente para conocer de la quiebra y se tramitarán por el procedimiento abreviado regulado en el Código de Procedimiento Civil.
