Fijase en 460 el número de trabajadores oficiales de carácter permanente al servicio del instituto de Crédito Territorial los cuales corresponden a las siguientes actividades:

Servicio de aseo y mantenimiento locativo de las sedes administrativas (Auxiliares de Servicios Generales).

Celaduría (Celadores)

Jardinería, carpintería, pintura- decorativa, plomería, instalaciones eléctricas y sanitarias, aire acondicionado y refrigeración. (Jardineros, supervisores de mantenimiento y auxiliares de mantenimiento).

Operación de ascensores (Ascensoristas).

Mecánica y conducción de vehículos.
