Constituye falta grave, sin perjuicio de las sanciones administrativas, civiles o penales a que haya lugar, ejercer la profesión de técnico electricista sin tener la correspondiente matrícula profesional, presentar documentos alterados tendientes a obtener la matrícula profesional o el empleo de recursos irregulares para la homologación del título profesional.
