Aplicación del Subsidio en los casos de propiedad cooperativa y resguardos indígenas. El Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda también podrá aplicarse a los derechos de uso y goce de soluciones de vivienda sujetas al régimen de propiedad cooperativa de que trata la Ley 79ª de 1988. Igualmente, los indígenas miembros de parcialidades podrán postular al Subsidio, para aplicarlo en soluciones de vivienda en terrenos que formen parte de resguardos indígenas, siempre y cuando la correspondiente parcela se le asigne al beneficiario del Subsidio, conforme con la legislación indígena.
