º Facultativos . Son afiliados facultativos las personas que presten sus servicios al Estado y que, no siendo afiliados forzosos reciban de la Caja en virtud de contratos celebrados con la Entidad donde trabajan todas o algunas de las prestaciones asistenciales y económicas que la ley consagra a favor de los afiliados forzosos.
