Obligaciones respecto a las Importaciones . Cualquier solicitud de trato arancelario preferencial, realizada de conformidad con el presente Decreto y el Capítulo Cuatro del Acuerdo, a menos que la DIAN emita una determinación escrita de que la solicitud es inválida por cuestiones de hecho o de derecho, de conformidad con la normativa aduanera aplicable.
