º . NORMAS LABORALES. A los empleados públicos vinculados a la Administración Postal Nacional -ADPOSTAL- en la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto, se les aplicarán las siguientes disposiciones

El tiempo de servicio se entenderá sin solución de continuidad para todos los efectos legales.

El cambio de naturaleza no afecta el régimen y prestacional vigente en la entidad. CAPITULO II. DISPOSICIONES LABORALES TRANSITORIAS I. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
