Art. 8. Transcurridos los tres días de la investigación, el Alcalde, en su caso pasará el proceso junto con el sindicado al prefecto, quien señalará uno de los tres días siguientes para oír a las partes , que serán el sindicado o su vocero, y el Personero municipal á falta del Fiscal del circuito.
