Funciones de la Secretaría Técnica . La Secretaría Técnica tendrá las siguientes funciones

Elaborar las actas de las reuniones, coordinar y hacer seguimiento a la Agenda de la Comisión.

Cursar las convocatorias a las sesiones de la Comisión.

Presentar a la Comisión los informes, estudios y documentos que deban ser examinados.

Invitar a las reuniones de la Comisión a representantes del sector público y/o privado cuya actividad se relacione con las tareas de la Comisión cuando así lo indique el Presidente, y

Las demás que la Comisión le asigne.
