Cada órgano enviará una relación detallada de los compromisos pendientes de pago a la Dirección General de Presupuesto Nacional del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, proponiendo la reducción presupuestal correspondiente. El Gobierno Nacional establecerá los requisitos y plazos que deben cumplir los órganos en este proceso.
