ARTICULO 53A. Consejo Distrital de Gobierno para Asuntos Locales. Créese el Consejo Distrital de Gobierno para Asuntos Locales como una instancia de atención de asuntos concernientes únicamente a las localidades. El Consejo se reunirá por lo menos dos veces al año y, en él tendrán asiento el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, los secretarios de despacho y los alcaldes locales, más los demás funcionarios que el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá invite. Sus reglas de funcionamiento serán determinadas mediante Decreto Distrital.
