° El artículo 8° del Decreto 523 de 1976, quedará así: "Expedido el certificado, el Comité Nacional de Técnicos Constructores entregará una tarjeta profesional que usará el titular para los actos corrientes de la profesión, lo que no excluye la obligación de presentar el certificado de que trata el artículo anterior, siempre que sea exigido. El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, oído el Comité Nacional de Técnicos Constructores, determinará las características de dicha tarjeta.
