El Director General de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado, mediante acto administrativo, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el presente Decreto y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio de la Agencia.
