ARTICULO 35 . Vigencia - El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga expresamente los Artículos 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148 y 159 del Decreto 501 de 1989 y todas las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
