Art. 37. Será removido inmediatamente todo empleado ó trabajador que resulte comprometido en cualquier abuso ó estafa que se haya cometido ó intentado cometer en el servicio de las obras públicas; sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades legales en que hayan podido incurrir.
