Los servicios transitorios y especiales de vigilancia que no sean de cargo del Estado serán contratados por el Ministro de Defensa, previa solicitud por conducto regular, de los Comandantes de Departamento de Policía y su valor se destinará al fondo general del servicio de Bienestar Social de la institución.
