Consejo. El Consejo de la Medalla Militar “Honor al Deber Cumplido”, estará conformado de la siguiente manera:

Presidente: El Comandante del Ejército Nacional o su delegado.

Vicepresidente: El Comandante del Batallón Colombia No 28.

Vocal: El Ejecutivo y Segundo Comandante del Batallón Colombia No 28.

Secretario: El Oficial de Personal del Batallón Colombia No 28.
