Las medidas establecidas en los artículos 1 y 2 de este Decreto, tienen una vigencia por el término de dos (2) años. Vencido este término, se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto 2153 del 26 de diciembre de 2016 o las normas que lo modifiquen, aclaren o sustituyan.
