Día Nacional de la Memoria y Solidaridad con las Víctimas . El Centro de Memoria Histórica definirá los eventos que se realizarán el Día Nacional de la Memoria y Solidaridad con las Víctimas, para lo cual concertará con las víctimas, organizaciones de sociedad civil y demás interesados en participar en dichos eventos. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las fechas que se establezcan a nivel regional o municipal, a través de los Comités Territoriales de Justicia Transicional, para honrar a las víctimas y realizar eventos sobre memoria histórica y solidaridad con ellas.
