Son deberes del Secretario-Tesorero, además de los de Secretario del Colegio, los del Síndico del Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, en cuanto sea aplicable á las circunstancias especiales del Establecimiento El Secretario-Tesorero debe dar una fianza en seguridad de los fondos que maneje, ante el Sr. Gobernador y á satisfación de este funcionario.
