Conservación de las vacantes ofertadas en el concurso público de méritos iniciado en el año 2016. Las entidades territoriales certificadas para las que se convoque el concurso de méritos de carácter especial de que trata el presente capítulo deberán garantizar y conservar como mínimo el número de vacantes por área ofertadas en el proceso de selección iniciado a través de la “Convocatoria Directivos Docentes, Docentes y Líderes de Apoyo 2016”, por parte de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil (CNSC).
