ARTICULO 219. Prohibición uso grados, distintivos y uniformes. Los grados, distintivos y uniformes de la Policía Nacional no podrán ser usados por ninguna otra entidad o persona que no está incorporada regularmente a la Institución. Cualquier instituto o entidad que desee uniformar a su personal de modo similar, deberá solicitar la aprobación respectiva al Ministro de Defensa Nacional.
