° El Archivero del Congreso será supervigilado por el Ministerio Gobierno durante el tiempo que las Cámaras se hallen en receso, y deberá permanecer en la oficina durante todas las horas fijadas para los demás empleados del Ministerio. Cuando las Cámaras estén reunidas, se ceñirá a las órdenes que le den los Secretarios de ellas.
