Cálculo actuarial. Cuando una entidad del orden nacional, que tenga a su cargo el reconocimiento y pago de pensiones, entre en proceso de disolución y liquidación, deberá entregar el respectivo cálculo actuarial, el cual deberá estar elaborado teniendo en cuenta las instrucciones técnicas que para el efecto imparta el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y requerirá para su validez, la aprobación del mismo.
