De la vigilancia del patrimonio . La inspección y vigilancia del patrimonio de las fundaciones o instituciones y asociaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro será ejercida por las autoridades competentes con fundamento en las normas que para el control económico financiero se expidan.
