Art. 68. Las apelaciones se dirigirán á la Oficina de Cuentas y ésta dictará inmediatamente que las reciba, resolución favorable al recurso, si se hubiere intentado en tiempo hábil; y pasará la apelación con la cuenta, autos y contestaciones respectivos á la Corte Suprema, cuyas decisiones se llevarán á efecto inmediatamente.
