La licencia de funcionamiento de las empresas de vigilancia privada, solamente autoriza para ejercer el objeto social de las mismas, dentro del territorio del departamento donde se constituye la sede principal. Para ampliar la prestación de servicios a otro departamento se debe constituir una sucursal. CAPITULO II Control y supervisión de las empresas de vigilancia privada.
