Con el fin de estimular el desarrollo de la aviación en Colombia, cédese a favor del aviador colombiano señor Camilo Daza, uno de los aparatos marca Caudrón , con sus respectivos repuestos y accesorios, que se encuentran actualmente en los angares de la Escuela de Aviación Militar. El Gobierno procederá inmediatamente a realizar la entrega del aparato de que trata este artículo.
