Los empleados y trabajadores que hayan prestado sus servicios en el Palacio Presidencial por más de veinticinco años consecutivos y tengan más de cincuenta años de edad, o padezcan alguna enfermedad que los inhabilite para seguir prestando sus servicios, tienen derecho a retirarse con una pensión vitalicia equivalente al promedio del sueldo devengado en el último año.
