La persona ausente del lugar del juicio que tenga que hacer presentación personal de un escrito, o que necesite dirigir un memorial al Juez de la causa, debe presentarlo personalmente a un Juez o a una autoridad del orden político de su residencia, a fin de que esta le ponga la nota de presentación y se lo devuelva para que lo envíe a su destino.
