Los literales c y f, del numeral 1, del artículo 6º del Decreto-ley 1301 de 1994 quedarán así:

El personal civil, activo o pensionado, del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y el personal no uniformado, activo y pensionado, de la Policía Nacional;

Los beneficiarios de pensión por muerte del personal civil, activo o pensionado, del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y del personal no uniformado, activo o pensionado de la Policía Nacional.
