En el presupuesto del Ministerio de Higiene y Salud Pública se incluirán las partidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, y si así no se hiciere facultase al Gobierno para que, con el fin indicado, haga los traslados o abra los créditos que sean necesarios.
