Art. 3.º El Poder Ejecutivo cuidará que se conserve la mencionada coleccion en el lugar donde estime por conveniente colocarla, y la exhibirá al público todos los años el 20 de Julio, á fin de que el pueblo se acostumbre a tributar el debido homenaje de admiracion y respeto á los fundadores del derecho en la América meridional.
