Comité de Validación . El Comité de Validación tendrá como función principal validar la información que sobre cada proyecto presente la interventoría, y aprobar las modificaciones técnicas del proyecto. Este comité estará conformado por la Entidad Operadora, la Entidad Otorgante y la Entidad Oferente o Promotora. El Reglamento Operativo del Programa establecerá el funcionamiento, responsabilidades y obligaciones del Comité de Validación. La interventoría podrá asistir al Comité, con voz pero sin voto en las deliberaciones que desarrolle el Comité de Validación.
