Artículo segundo . Las decisiones que tome el Consejo Directivo, deberán registrarse en el Libro de Actas de la entidad, y en resoluciones que para su validez fiscal y legal, deberán llevar la firma del Ministro de Educación o su delegado, quienes actuarán como Presidentes del Consejo Directivo.

Parágrafo

El Secretario del Fondo Universitario Nacional, hará las veces de Secretario del Consejo, y fuera de sus obligaciones ordinarias levantará las actas de la corporación, y legalizará con su firma las resoluciones que de las determinaciones del Consejo Directivo resultaren.
