Art. 4.° En esta capital continuarán de Expendedores los empleados que actualmente están funcionando como tales, y en el resto del Distrito Federal, donde no haya empleados nacionales, el Administrador general de Correos designará los seccionales que deban encargarse del expendio de las estampillas de Timbre nacional, á los cuales exigirá las cauciones necesarias.
