º. Modifícase el artículo 2º del Decreto 2292 de 11982 en el sentido de sustituir la descripción que aparece en la posición 85.01.03.11 por la siguiente: Con excepción de los grupos generadores monofásicos hasta 165 KV para tensiones de 110 voltios y hasta 600 voltios, 50 o 80 ciclos y grupos generadores trifásicos hasta 250 KVA para tensiones de 110 y hasta 60 voltios, 50 o 60 siclos clasificables en la posición, 85.01.03.11, que pagará un gravamen permanente de cincuenta por ciento (50%) ad valorem.
