Coordinación. Mientras el Fondo continúe funcionando anexo al Banco de la República, habrá un Coordinador de las actividades que deban ser desarrolladas a través del Banco o autorizadas por el Representante Legal. El Coordinador será de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gerente del Banco de la República, quien delegará en dicho funcionario, previa autorización de la Junta Directiva, alguna o algunas de las atribuciones que le competen y que por su naturaleza sean delegables.
