El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores podrá conceder visa ordinaria o de residencia en el país a los extranjeros que de manera permanente ingresen al territorio nacional con contrato de trabajo suscrito con empresas establecidas en zona franca. Dichos contratos deberán ser previamente aprobados por la gerencia de la respectiva zona, ante la cual se justificará la necesidad de contratar el trabajador extranjero.
