Art. 5° Las madres de los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales no casados o viudos que fallecieron sin dejar hijos, disfrutaran de las asignaciones reguladas en el artículo anterior, mientras, observen buena conducta y permanezcan en estado de viudez.
