Art. 104. Si los acreedores que se presentaren el día señalado según el artículo 72 de esta Ley no constituyeren la Junta con los requisitos que exige el artículo, se señalará nuevo día para la reunión, que no será anterior al sexto ni posterior al décimo de la fecha del auto.

Si en esta segunda reunión tampoco se realizaren los memorados requisitos, se procederá al nombramiento de Síndicos y peritos por la mayoría absoluta de los acreedores presentes y el deudor, si concurriere.
