El producto del remate se entregará a los comuneros conjuntamente, o la persona que de común acuerdo hayan nombrado para que reciba; pero si para esto no se avinieren puede cualquiera de los comuneros pedir que se nombre un partidor para que haga y presente un estado de distribución del producto del remate, según las reglas de nombramiento de partidor dadas en el capítulo que precede.

Presentada la distribución, el Juez entregará a cada comunero lo que le haya correspondido.
