º El artículo 5º del Decreto 2600 de 1953 quedará así: Artículo 5º. Se autoriza a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para hacer préstamos en dinero a los productores de carbón con destino al montaje de equipos para la mecanización de sus minas. Estos préstamos tendrán un plazo de diez años y un interés del siete y medio por ciento (7 ½%) anual.
