Tan pronto como la Comisión elabore las tarifas férreas y apruebe las de las tarifas fluviales, las someterá a la aprobación del Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

La modificación que se introduzca en lo sucesivo a las tarifas, no podrá regir antes de seis meses de su aprobación.
