Registro de inhumación. Las instituciones públicas y privadas que intervienen en la inhumación de cadáveres sometidos a necropsia médicolegal deberán reportar al Registro Nacional de Desaparecidos, la información relativa a la ubicación final del cuerpo o restos óseos que permita su recuperación en caso que la investigación judicial lo requiera. Con igual finalidad, los administradores de los cementerios garantizarán la conservación y marcación de las tumbas con los datos requeridos por el Registro Nacional de Desaparecidos.
