Cuando al tiempo de cometer el hecho, se hallare el agente en estado de enajenación mental o de intoxicación crónica producida por el alcohol o por cualquiera otra sustancia, o padeciere de grave anomalía psíquica, se aplicarán las sanciones fijadas en el capítulo II del título II de este libro.
